i’m so in love with this. i can’t even. ah. my favourite feeling in the world is putting your head beneath the water and entering an entirely different place, so peaceful, so quiet. what i miss more than anything when i’m living away from the ocean is being able to duck under and leave all my worries on the surface.

To smile, to feel comfortable in ways I never have, telling you everything, watching you eat, feeling confident, funny face battles, your self-complimenting on those dumb pun jokes, the way you look at me, getting each other, flowy talks, saying good night too many times but getting distracted by each other, always being there for me and staying by my side, feeling special, mindsets, even our differences, forgiveness, compromise, wanting the same things in life, accepting me for the way I am…flaws and everything, encouragement, willing to work together, knowing it’s not just the marriage but more of what is after, trusting you, fights can’t bring us down, listening, respect, willingness to understand the other side, both finding the middle ground between emotion and logic, learning to express our thoughts, your overly hard pats on the back, wanting to become better people for each other and others, never laughed so much in my life…content and happy.
